Some notes on the interface:
Genomic reads
Enter the full identifier for the sequence (ie: GS00043_SL1_A04) to return just a single record
Enter a portion of an identifier to return a list
GS00043_SL1 - returns all sequences on plate GS00043 with primer SL1
GS00043 - returns all sequences for plate GS00043 (regardless of primer)
GS0004 - returns all sequences for plates GS00040-GS00049
This is text based - so discontinuous ranges (plates 43,44, and 52, for example) are not possible
You can, of course, get the whole data set by entering 'GS' - but this isn't recommended. Contact

Contigs
Enter the contig identifier including date to get the contig sequence (ie: contig_1_Sep08_2004)
You may trace the history of a contig number (not the sequence) by entering just the contig (ie: contig_1) - This returns all 'contig_1' occurrences regardless of date
Build 2.0 contigs are have names such as ContigNNNNN (where N stands for a digit)
